The Beginning

This is the place where transformation begins. When change tugs so hard you can’t ignore it. Courage comes into play, as does flexibility. Humor helps tremendously. Compassion for one’s self is imperative.

My own “tug” has been returning to college at age fifty-three and simultaneously enrolling in a coaching accreditation program. I am breathing in immense change with every breath. Humor is always there when I take the time to look for it. As is compassion. The choice to make this change is the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. The work is exponentially worth it.
